Usually the entire story because I need to know how it all comes together in order to pick something that will reflect the big pictures. I usually have a working title of some sort even for my wips that don’t get officially named until later, just to keep them straight in my head and files. But my working titles generally aren’t very good.

Maybe after writing a few pages, but never before writing anything. Usually, I call my pieces by the protagonist’s name until I’m forced to title it for submission.

I’ve used first, third limited, and third omniscient. They all have their pros and cons, it just depends on the kind of story. I found first person good for a short story, but don’t think I could do an entire novel in it. My current WIP is in third omniscient. I don’t have a problem with multiple POVs or even some head-hopping so long as it’s done well, but I keep mine to a minimum because I know readers tend not to like it.
